SHIPPING RATES

For a limited time only - Free Ground Shpping to US contiguous states on orders over $300+. Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and other US territoroes are excluded from this offer. Order must be equal or more than USD 300 without shipping fees.

• We ship via UPS.
• Additional shipping rates will apply to international orders.
• Standard Shipping charges will apply to all orders unless other shipping choices are selected by the customer.
• Shipping Choices are available at check out.
• Shipping rates will vary depending on the weight of the package and destination.
• Shipments are sent out daily from Monday through Friday (holidays excluded).

• 3 Day Select (delivery by end of day)2nd Day Air (delivery by end of day)
• 2nd Day Air AM (delivery by 10:30 am)
• Next Day Air Saver (delivery by 3pm)Next Day Air (delivery by 10:30am)
• Next Day Air Early AM (delivery by 8:30am) - most expensiveUSPS Priority (2-3 business days, delivers on Saturdays)

TRACKING PACKAGES

A shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email address registered by the customer with a tracking number.

RETURN POLICY

1. All sales are not subject to a refund. In some cases, only merchandise exchanges or store credit may be issued.
2. If an order cancellation is necessary, contact us immediately before we make the shipment. No order cancellation is possible if the merchandise has already shipped.
3. All returns will not have a restocking fee for 7 days if the returned merchandise is returned in unopened condition with the manufacturers' seal.
4. If the package is returned in opened condition, there is a minimum 10% restocking fee.
5. 20% restocking charge on all return goods for credit after 7 days.
6. It is the customer's responsibility to bring/ship the products to our facility for exchange.
7. No returns accepted after 15 days. (Absolutely no returns for special orders.)
8. $25.00 charge for any returned checks.
9. Claims for any damage must be made within 2 days upon receipt of merchandise and all items returned for credit must be in the original packaging with all parts included.
10. Price on this invoice does not include shipping and handling fees.
11. Shipping and handling are non-refundable. (Including but not limited to all refused and unaccepted packages).
